BUILT ON RESEARCH

Facts earn trust.

The system turns current science into simple rules you can use in real life.

01

Strength as the foundation

Hip plus knee strengthening is the top recommendation of the international patellofemoral pain consensus.

Collins et al., BJSM 2018 · Nascimento et al., JOSPT 2018
02

Your longest run matters

Across 5,205 runners, one run more than 10% longer than the longest run in the previous 30 days raised overuse injury risk by 52 to 128%.

Frandsen et al., BJSM 2025
03

The next morning decides

Pain up to 5 out of 10 during rehab can be acceptable if it has settled by the next morning.

How much time does it take?+

Three sessions per week of 25 to 40 minutes. Every session uses the same six-minute warm-up.

Do I need KneeMax to follow the program?+

No. KneeMax is supportive and can be used alongside the program, but it does not replace the exercises.
