What we help with

Guidance that fits where you are.

Where most people start

Coming back with complaints

Your knee, ankle or hip acts up and you want to know how to keep training smart. Or you finally want to get back to running after an injury.

Also possible

Run stronger and faster

No complaints, but a goal: your first half marathon, a trail or a PR. With a plan that fits your age, level and schedule.

Coaching is guidance for training and movement. It does not replace examination or treatment by a doctor or physiotherapist.

Questions

Good to know.

Can't find your answer? Ask it in the intake.

What does a program cost?

That depends on your situation and the length of your program. In the introductory call you hear exactly what you get and what it costs. No strings attached.

Is this physiotherapy?

No. Coaching is personal guidance for training and movement, not medical treatment or diagnosis. Do you have acute or severe complaints, such as swelling, a knee that locks, instability or pain at rest? Have it examined by a doctor or physiotherapist first.

Where and in which language?

Fully online, wherever you live. Each coach lists their languages.
