Who is responsible?

Human Dynamix, a sole proprietorship owned by Sam Sankarey, Tollenskade 23, 2274 LT Voorburg, the Netherlands (KvK 84680849), is the controller of your personal data. Send privacy questions or requests to support@humandynamix.run.

What data we use and why

  • Handling your order: name, address, email, phone number (if you provide it), products ordered, payment status and shipping details. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
  • Delivering digital programs: name, email and your purchase, to send your download links. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
  • Customer service: your messages and our replies. Legal basis: performance of the contract and our legitimate interest in helping you well.
  • Newsletter and offer emails: name, email and your click and purchase behaviour. Legal basis: your consent. If you are a customer, we may email you about similar products as long as you have not unsubscribed. You can always unsubscribe via the link in every email.
  • Reviews and surveys: your review, photos and answers. Legal basis: your consent.
  • Coaching: your contact details, appointments, and information about your health, complaints and injury history. Health data is a special category of personal data. We only process it with your explicit consent, which you give when you book your introductory call or at your intake. Further legal basis: performance of the contract.
  • Improving and measuring the website: data about how you use the website, such as clicks, scrolling and device data. Legal basis: your consent via the cookie banner.
  • Advertising: data about your visit and purchases, to measure our ads and make them more relevant. Legal basis: your consent via the cookie banner.
  • Preventing fraud and securing the website: IP address and transaction data. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.
  • Accounting: invoice and payment data. Legal basis: legal obligation.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that significantly affect you.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We only share it with parties we need in order to serve you:

  • Shopify: our store platform and payment processing
  • Payment providers, such as iDEAL | Wero, Klarna and card companies
  • Carriers, such as PostNL, bpost, Deutsche Post, Österreichische Post and USPS
  • Easy Digital Products: delivery of digital programs
  • Klaviyo: email and newsletters
  • Loox: reviews
  • Zigpoll: surveys
  • Microsoft Clarity: website usage analysis
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and other advertising and measurement services
  • Calendly: scheduling coaching calls
  • Your coach: only for coaching, and only the data needed for your program
  • Our accountant and, where the law requires it, public authorities

We have agreements on security and confidentiality with parties that process data on our behalf.

Data outside the EU

Some of these parties are located outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States or Canada. We only transfer your data where appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

We use necessary cookies to make the store work, such as your cart. These do not require consent. We only place analytics and advertising cookies if you consent to them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings at the bottom of the website.

How long we keep data

  • Order and invoice data: 7 years, due to the statutory tax retention period.
  • Customer service contact: up to 2 years after the last contact.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  • Coaching data, including health data: up to 2 years after your program ends, or sooner if you ask and we no longer need it.
  • Account: until you have it deleted.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, such as encrypted connections and restricted access.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, object, and receive your data in a common file format. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email support@humandynamix.run to do so. We respond within one month and may ask you to confirm your identity.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or with the data protection authority in your own country.

Children

Our store is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. We will let you know about major changes.
