1-on-1 guidance with me

I coach runners 1 on 1 and help you build the strongest, most resilient version of your body. Whether you're a beginner or already deep into training, you’ll learn exactly what’s happening in your body, why certain patterns hold you back, and how to fix them so your performance can move forward instead of fighting against you.

Important: The goal isn’t to just run faster. The goal is to understand the mechanics, build control, and create a body that can handle real mileage, real training, and real progress.

How does it work?

I offer two coaching formats:

1. One Time Coaching Session
Perfect if you need a single deep-dive. You’ll submit videos of your running technique, mobility, and movement. I break everything down, show you exactly what needs work, and give you a clear path to improve.

2. Monthly Coaching
This is for runners who have already gone through the Human Dynamix ebooks and want to level up with proper, consistent coaching. You’ll get direct 1 on 1 access, weekly check-ins, and ongoing adjustments to your training, technique and recovery.
